I must share a recipe that I've borrowed and made my own. Israeli tri colored or plain cous cous with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and Paul Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing. I'm sure you could use any vinaigrette and it would be just as yummy! We grilled chicken to go on top but i'm sure anything would be good with it or by itself is filling and delicious. Here are a couple pictures from last night, we ate outside in the backyard because it was such a nice evening!! Enjoy!!
